A Sweet and Creative Escape by the Canal

Our Craft and Cake event is the ideal way to treat someone to a peaceful, fun-filled morning. Set beside the serene canal, it provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. You’ll be treated to a mouth-watering selection of cakes, sweet treats, and unlimited tea and coffee while you get hands-on in a delightful crafting session. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just looking for a relaxing, enjoyable way to spend time together, this two-hour session is designed for all.

Crafting Made Simple and Elegant

During the session, you’ll create a stunning, personalized glass jar using beautiful dried flowers and other crafting materials. It’s a simple yet elegant craft project, perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a creative way to mark the occasion. Take your time as you work through the crafting process, all the while enjoying the lovely surroundings and the calming atmosphere of the café. All of the sessions are supported by Art Teacher and all round Crafty genius, Emma Horton, who is on hand to support and offer guidance.

No craft session is complete without a bit of indulgence! As you craft, you’ll be treated to an assortment of homemade cakes, pastries, and sweet treats, all expertly made in our café. From rich chocolate cakes to delicate scones, there’s something to satisfy every sweet tooth. Pair your treats with a warm cup of tea or coffee, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Two Convenient Session Times

To ensure everyone can take part, we’re offering two different session times: 10am and 12pm. Each session lasts around 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the creative process, indulge in your sweet treats, and catch up with someone special. Whether it’s a morning treat or a leisurely lunch affair, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and with a beautiful, handcrafted glass jar to take home.
