Following the submission of Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust and Dudley Canal Trust (Trips), we are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we will reflect upon 2024 and look ahead to an exciting future.

Time: Welcome from 11:30am, proceedings to begin formally at 12:30pm
Location: Dudley Canal and Caverns Portal Building

1.Reports from the Chair and CEO on the year of 2024
2.Presentation of the Annual Accounts for the year to December 2024
3.Approval of Accounts and Auditors (Recommendation: CK Accountants)
4.Board Elections (New: Laura Bratt, Dave Rogers, Ian Watson, Carla Thomas; Re-elections: James
Deacon, Kate Bennett
5.Special Resolution: Amend the Articles of Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust to increase board
members from the current maximum of 10 to a maximum of 15
6.Membership Scheme Review and Feedback

Following the formal proceedings, the Trust will present it’s new strategic vision, which we
would be honoured if you could attend.
